FEES
Parents or legal guardians will be responsible for payment to the center for childcare.  5 hours is considered a full day.  Anything fewer than 5 hours will be billed for a half day.

If billing is delinquent the following steps will be taken:
1.If the parents or legal guardians have failed to pay the childcare bill by the following payment date (and any balance past 30 days), a reminder note will be given.
 
2.One week there after if no payment has been received, a $25.00 late fee will be added each week until paid in full. If no payments have been received by the following week then parent(s) privileges at the center will be terminated.  Your children may not return to center until your balance is paid in full.  Upon return, you will be on a cash only basis unless other arrangements are made with the Director.
 
3.If Parents or legal guardians have failed to make any attempt at payment on any balance 45 days past due, the center will take further action up to and including garnishment of wages, collections or small claims court. 
 
FILLER FEE
There is a “filler fee” of $9.00 per day for those that do not utilize five full days of child care per week.  The fee will be charged per child and only on those days that no childcare service is billed.

BILLING METHOD
Here Wee Grow will accept payment by:  Check, cash, money order, MasterCard and Visa.  For all cash payments you must present the cash to the office in person and receive a receipt.  If you pay with cash and we did not provide you a receipt, we can not be held liable if this payment is not applied to your account.
 
RETURNED CHECKS
 Here Wee Grow will charge a $25.00 return check fee as well as a late payment fee (of $25.00 if applicable, see the late fee clause in the Additional Charges section) on any returned checks.  Upon receipt of 2 returned checks, the center will require that payment be made in cash or money order for all future services.
 
ADDITIONAL CHARGES
The following are payments that may accrue above normal fees: 1.Late fees at closing- If a child is not picked up by closing time, parents will be billed an initial fee of $10.00 in addition to a $1.00 per minute charge past closing time.  This will be billed per child.  This charge is due at the next billing period.  Having parents show up late is frightening to the child and disrespectful to the caregivers who have children and families of their own as well as other jobs to which they can not be late.  Please be understanding and pick up your children by our stated closing time. 2.Late fees for sick children- If parents are called to pick up a sick child, arrangements must be made to pick your child up within one hour.  After one hour, late fees will accrue at the same rate as the late fees at closing section stated above. 3.No Two Week Notice Provided- If a parent chooses to terminate care they must give two weeks written notice.  If the written notice is not given, then the parents will be billed for the two weeks at your normal daily rate per child. 4.Diaper and Wipe fee- If a child is not supplied with diapers or wipes, there will be a charge of $1.00 per diaper used and $.75 for wipes used.  This is a per day fee.
